Scarce Umber?

If you have seen a Butterfly or Moth you can't put a name to then post a photo of it here and we'll try and identify it for you.

Scarce Umber?

After a largely blank November, six moths of five species in, on or near the trap last night. Am I right in thinking this is a Scarce Umber, in which case it would be new to my Kincardine garden list.
