A few unknown moths from Berwickshire.

Hi all,
I am thinking maybe Small Argent and Sable....the other ....clueless...The black and white moth at Gordon Moss in daylight...a definate day flyer. The other at Pipers Knowe...not a daytime moth at all...windblown from the trees...Willow and Birch....he or she was very annoyed at being exposed in bright sunshine...then being pounced upon by butterfly paparazzi....buzzed in my face and scooted of at high speed...and with no grace at all crashing into a gorse bush.

Cheers IAC.

Iain

The day-flying moth looks like Small Argent and Sable to me. Not sure about your angry one, though. Try Scottish Moths website? You'll get a rapid response.
