Earliest dates for the VC for Twin-spotted Quaker and Mottled Grey on 15th March. Plenty of Yellow Horned in areas of birch including the rather exhibitionist one in this photo.

Some success with Sugar in attracting a couple of Red Swordgrass in the 13th.

Brindled Pug and Small Quaker appeared on the 23rd.

Shoulder Stripe, Early Thorn and Engrailed made early appearances in the last couple of days of the month, but the star moth was a Pale Pinion caught at the same site as the first for the VC caught last November.
