Small Copper Ab

Postby briart » Fri 02 Jun 2017 18:28

Arthurs Seat, Huttons Section. First butterfly i saw today was this Small Copper aberration and just after i was thinking i wish i had seen that bee hawkmoth of Georgehogg ! feeling sorry for myself in other words sometimes perseverance pays off, i been out searching for butterflies a lot this year , usually with meagre results. The caveat is my camera is failing so the picts are a bit rubbish one out of focus. Also today 1 small copper , 1 battered wall which iv posted for evidence only and a beautiful painted lady which flew right past me.
